We have allowed Congress to go on for too long, passing bills with completely non-related pieces of legislation in them - "Riders". Riders are damaging the legislative process to the point where bills are being passed and the majority of Congress doesn't even know what's in them! We the People have the power to stop this harmful practice and the right to have bills be exactly what they say they are. We will no longer give away our right to transparent and explicit legislation.
