Discontinue Boost Mobile phone company for the severe lack of quality service, and network towers always being down.

Boost mobile has been around since 2000. Since I remember it is almost impossible to speak with a live representative unless your lucky and press and few numbers for a selection. The towers are always down which enables people to use their phone safely, and properly. I speak with customer representatives that sound like robots saying the same thing and no one can do anything. Some people have land lines as a back up but others don't. I have a land line but most of my day is outside running errands, working, daily activities, shopping whether (grocery or material), etc. Point is Boost mobile can't keep up with the satellite towers because it seems there's always down or upgrading which has cost alot of unnecessary situations. Join me to permanently end Boost mobile for our safety.
