Discontinuance of the contracting out of our Intelligence Services. This practice has led to violation of our constitutional rights, at three times the cost if performed within the government. These contractors are acting in their own greedy interests rather than the interests of the American people. They have buried us in a mass of useless data, as the Marathon bombing clearly shows; it is not effective against terrorists and leaves ordinary citizens open to unlawful scrutiny. Mr. Clapper and Mr McConnell need to be investigated for conflict of interest. Also, Congress, Executive Branch, Judicial branch should be investigated for financial ties to these contractors.
