Before we address the issue at hand, lets take a look at other governments that follow a similar economic market; New Zealand, Finland, and the New Netherlands - They have removed the one cent/euro from their economy, rounded to the nearest five cent and had no market inflation or charitable donation signifigantly decrease. As you may or may not know, the penny is actually negatively impacting the economy to a much more magnificent degree than percieved. It costs the US government 2cents(appr.) to produce ONE penny, which leads to market issues and increased inflation. In it's creatio one cent had somewhat of an economical 'prowess';Nowadays, to simply purchase $20 of groceries it takes 2,000 pennies. Removing the penny from our system could signifigantly help the US Government greatly!
