Discontinue the cuban embargo

Created by G.N. on January 17, 2015

The cuban embargo has only been making it harder for cuban immigrants to stay in touch with their families and clearly the embargo hasn't served the purpose of ending the Castro regime. It's also heavily costing both US and Cuban economies, about $1-$4 billion dollars annually. Cuban civilians are suffering rather than the Cuban goverment itself which backfires on the original intention.
