Discontinue Foreign Aid to Mexico until Corp. Hammar is peacefully released from a Mexican Prison.

I'm asking our federal government to step in and help one of our combat veterans to make it home safely. Corporal Jon Hammar has been illegally imprisoned in Mexico since August 2012 for a bogus gun charge. Mexican authorities have even send ransom demands to his family for his release. We sent over $312 million dollars to Mexico in 2011 and I'm sure that number has increased in 2012. If President Obama would threaten to discontinue that Foreign Aid to Mexico, I'm sure he'd be released instantaneously. This is a joke and the fact that the higher ups in our government has not stepped in on this is absolutely ridiculous.
