We petition the federal, state and or local governments to discontinue the use of mass data mining and specifically PRISM. The 4th Amendment states "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
The government has neither demonstrated PROBABLE CAUSE for the search and seizure of our personal and private phone, credit, Internet, and or other personal and private electronic communications & data. Nor have WARRANTS been issued for the aforementioned search and seizure of our personal and private effects.
