The United States should pass a law to discontinue the production of the Penny coin. We are currently producing more penny coins than all other coins combined. The penny is costing almost twice as much to produce than it is worth and this money comes right out of taxpayers pockets. This is a very negative impact to our economy, and there is something that we can do about it by rounding each cash transaction to the nearest 5 cents.
