To all this may affect:Philadelphia the Ryan White Eligibility Card Why be a card carrying member for a disease that does not go away. Why should I have to recertify for a disease that does not go away. My right to privacy are at stake.
I demand that this card be discontinued in efforts to protect my right to privacy.
