discontinue Social Security payments to all those that have not paid into the SS system including legal & illegal aliens

This petition is to stop further Social Security payments to those that have not paid into the Social Security System or who have not qualified for the years and quarters worked to recieve payment. Stop payments of Social Security to US citizens, to include legal and illegal immigrants, using false Social Security numbers. Prohibit payments to those over 62 years of age entering the US on Visa and applying for Social Security assistance while here.
