Discontinue the use of a delegate system for voting, and move to a popular vote.

Created by D.K. on April 13, 2016

In this day and age there is no reason to use a delegate system. With advances in communication, there is no reason to elect delegates to go place a vote for us at a convention. Perhaps in earlier times, without phone and computer advances it was necessary. But one vote should be one vote, and we are now able to process it this way without issue. The simple fact that we have states that give all their delegates to a certain candidate, even though the candidate won by 1%, basically tells the 49% that their vote doesn't count.
