This is not a petition to deny the many petitions for state secession that have been created. This is a petition asking that any signature on a state petition that does not come from that state be discounted or deleted.
For example; A signature from someone who lives in California should not be allowed on a petition from Texas and a Texas signature should not be allowed on a petition from California.
We are not allowed to vote in multiple states so why should we be allowed to sign petitions that originate in a different than the one in which a person lives.
It is that simple.
