Discourage and abolish partisan parties in further elections for official seats of govern.

Whereby the current system, a house indeed divided against itself no longer stands to serve its people, I put forth the following declaration, that the partisan politics which have ravaged the good sense of this once-fine democratic nation and which have served only to blind those governed to follow blindly or fail to partake in whole as a direct result of disgust at the model, be declared unlawful. That the current "parties" be disbanded and that independent candidates be selected by the people to serve for the people as did our forefathers before us. Let this rule go so far as to eliminate these parties in their entirety, from the legislative, to the judicial and certainly from the executive branches of our system.
