Islamic terrorists are using laws and their interpretation of their holy book to kill and control people who they claim portray their religion in any negative manner. Many nations have laws against blasphemy and these laws can be enforced by death, flogging, imprisonment, etc. The United States should impose increasing economic and social penalties on countries who support these laws. These measures would go a long way towards ending free speech violations and the targeting of political rivals.
