Discourage marriages of young military personnel.

Young people directly out of high school should be discouraged from getting married and then joining the military. Marriage is hard enough without the added stress of military life. Young women should be encouraged to continue their education instead of staying home and raising young children alone. The military member will be a better soldier without family stresses. The cost to support all these new family is enormous. If the military member dies on duty, the young wife and children are then a strain on the budget for many decades. No military members below the age of 25 or rank of E-6 should receive family benefits. This policy would benefit young people, eliminate the need for the military to deal with the problems of young families and reduce military spending. WIN, WIN, WIN
