Discriminalize Victimless Crimes

Created by A.L. on February 19, 2013

We believe that victimless crimes should be decriminalized. Prisons are overcrowded and taxpayers are spend billions on the enforcement of victimless crimes like prostitution, and the growth, sale, and possession to marijuana.
During the prohibition of alcohol, a black market was created, and crime rate were raised, and after the prohibition was lifted crime rates dropped. The same would be true with prostitution and the use marijuana. With the legalization, regulation, and taxation of the these crimes, we would save billions in tax payer dollars, reduces crime rates, reduce overcrowding in prisons, create jobs, and bring in much needed revenue that will get the country out to the economic crisis we are now facing.
