Discrimination against smoking workers

Please address the issue of employers and insurance companies discriminating against smokers in both hiring and pricing of health insurance. Discrimination of smoker's will create higher unemployment and open the doors to other classes of people being discriminated against. If we are going to allow employers and insurance companies to discriminate aginst smokers, we minus well allow them to stop hiring the obese or those with preexisting conditions or gays or blacks or what ever creative label corporate America decides to create. All Americans should be given an equal chance for employment and fair insurance rates. Yes smoking cost more but those who do smoke should not be persecuted for their decisions. Im asking that this discrimination be out lawed.
