For years The Puerto Rican Veterans has been suffering the Anguish, and suffering of a very POOR and Very Discriminating Health careand Medical servicesin PuertoRico's veteran's Administration.Veterans like my 87 yrs Old Father whomIhave been his Caregiver for the Past9 years here in Kissimmee,Flhe had tocome here to get the SuperQuality medical care he deserves,My Nephew Jose Rafael is coming tolive withme here this month,because in PRico he cannot get the medicalbenefits he is entitled to,Because his Veterans medical records has been Destroyedfrom when he served in Afganistan.Even more, His situation is in my Country,The VA is chargingthe so called "Co-Pays", when here at the OrlandoVA clininc,the services are Diferent. and totally FREE ! Why is This Happening ?
