Discrimination of Apparel in Public Schools

Created by H.B. on January 29, 2014

I personally believe that young men should be able to wear earrings in public schools that do not allow them to. There is nothing wrong with an ear piercing, and I believe that if we are not allowed to have them then neither should young ladies at school.
At some public schools, it is against school rules for a male to wear a headband or have their hair colored a certain way, yet it is acceptable for a female to.
I see no one that takes offense to a male with earrings, and I believe it is not right for a public school to not allow the freedom of expression we have.
