Discrimination & Child Welfare: Do good parents no longer have right's?

Created by M.G. on December 29, 2012

Hello, My name is Marcie, I am 27, A mother of 2, My son Tyler just turned seven in October, I adopted my son to family when he was first born. Also, I have a three year old girl named Anna Marie whom Child welfare took 2 years ago. Child welfare stepped in after I lost my home to a fire, my car being totaled, when I had a place to go for stable housing to live with a friend 200 miles away. Child welfare gave me a ultimatum either get a place in Southern, Oregon for me and my daughter or get one for my daughter or they take her. Ever since then they have broken My Constitutional rights/ the disability act and maybe a few more in ten days they are trying to take my parental rights. Do Parent's no longer have rights is our freedom not mean free does emotional/mental illness justify taking?
