This petition strongly urges Megan Brennan, CEO of USPS, and her Board of Governor's to re-evaluate and improve their consumer affairs offices. According to ConsumerAffairs.com, USPS has a 1/5 star rating on overall satisfaction.
Since online shopping has become popular, sellers can pay USPS to deliver orders to customers. When those orders are mishandled incorrectly by USPS, it causes a negative impact on a business and USPS needs to be held accountable. We the People, demand refunds on paid postage when USPS loses or sends items to an address that was not provided by the sender. We should not have to pay an additional fee (insurance) to receive a refund from USPS for said mistakes...paying for their services should be enough to receive a refund if they make such mistakes.
