Discuss ideas with the founder of Shooters for Sensible Firearm Regulations, Christopher Sinclair.

Created by C.S. on December 15, 2012

Shooters, gun enthusiasts, and collectors are the first to suffer when new laws are put into place. We are a group interested in abolishing the "pro-gun" vs. "anti-gun" debate. We seek to have a meaningful discussion about the future of gun rights and gun control. We are looking for constituional means to stop gun-related tragedies from happening. We mean to focus on the registration and screening process for obtaining any firearm, as well as increasing the penalties for violent crimes (where guns may have been a factor). We also aim to establish a set of guidelines which would automatically disqualify someone from obtaining a firearm. Lastly, we would like to create a database of activities and warnings which would alert authorities to a possible violent attack, BEFORE it happens!
