Both the pros and cons should be looked at and acknowledged and a healthy debate should begin sooner rather than later. The cap could range anywhere from 5 to 15 to even 25 million a year (determining this will be the point of the discussion/ debate). That being said, the point is not to eliminate the rich, on the contrary, it is simply to enhance the pay of the masses which would in turn promote economic growth. If the majority of American citizens have more money, they will spend more money therefore enhancing individual companies growth and prosperity as well as the nations. There is no reason why any individual should be paid more than 30 million dollars a year while others are struggling.
