Discuss reforming the failed policies on Marijuana prohibition.

This petition is exactly as it sounds. An educated discussion about failed Marijuana policy. I won't cite facts. I don't need to. Any time a study is cited, you, or your DEA liars point to your select "studies" and discredit all others. That's fine.
I put Education as a tag for this petition for a reason. It is clearly shown that the different between a prohibitionist and those who support legalization is that the prohibitionists are less informed on the "facts" of Marijuana than those who support it, which, in all honesty, is a rather sad state of affairs. How about you allow some of your DEA heads to sit down and have a debate with people in the scientific field who support legalization? Just kidding. That'll never happen. You wouldn't want your clowns to appear foolish, would you?
