1/21/2014 marked the fourth anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court ruling on Citizens United. It is time to make the rest of the country aware of how dangerous this ruling is to our freedom of political choice.
16 states have called for an amendment to overturn Citizens United. And another 21 states are urging Congress and the President to amend the Constitution to prohibit corporations from making unlimited "donations" to influence elections
13 more states are initiating action including Alaska, Arkansas, Georgia, Iowa, Kentucky, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas and Washington.
More than 500 cities, towns and communities have passed amendment resolutions. Close to 150 members of Congress have go on record in support of an amendment.
