Every American deserves the right to have his or her voice heard. Some simply choose to express their voice as our founding fathers intended, by voting. Others choose to voice themselves through obnoxiously loud motorcycles. Letting them have the right to both cast a ballot and disturb law-abiding citizens with their high-decibel manhood compensation machines clearly violates the principle of "one [person], one vote" upheld on many occasions by the SCOTUS.
