Dishonorably discharge active duty, reservist or veteran whom is found to have signed petition for ANY state to succeed.

Created by S.W. on November 13, 2012

Dishonorably discharge any active duty and reservist from the Services with absolutely no benefits (including retirees) and to terminate ALL benefits of the Veteran Affairs for individuals whom are found to have signed a petition of ANY state to succeed from the United States of America.

If they remember correctly, they took this oath of enlistment:
"I, _(name)_, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God."
