Politicians spend their time in office repaying debts and working for the people who PAID to get them elected, they are NOT working for the "People". We blame the politicians for being corrupt, but they are merely puppets of the people who funded their campaign. Ultimately we are told we are allowed to have 1 of 2 choices, republican or democrat.
1. Take the funding out of the parties. Money should not determine who is best for our country.
2. Remove political party labels. This country is already divided enough, people should vote for the person, not the party. We no longer identify ourselves as Americans, we are Republicans and Democrats.
Problem solved.
