People are getting in debt with student loans to obtain a good education with hopes of finding a good job or being promoted within the organization he/she is currently employed with but being over looked for opportunity because they do not know the right people to get promoted. Qualifications and skills should determine who is qualified and not who a person know. Stop nepotism, "by any means necessary."
