The Drug Enforcement Agency continues to defy the will of the people and raid medical marijuana dispensaries in states whose voters have approved them. In addition to not following the will of the people when it comes to states rights, the DEA also disregards President Obama's directive of lowering the priority of marijuana law enforcement due to "bigger fish to fry". The DEA is self-serving in that in continues to maintain a black market for marijuana sales as it continues to raid state legalized marijuana dispensaries. it then uses the black market it helps to create in order to justify its own existence. The DEA needs to be reformed or dismantled and its duties delegated to other national agencies if it can not adhere to the will of the people whom it claims to protect and serve.
