The president of the United States of America should be decided by Plurality not by the Electoral College. The electoral college is an incredibly flawed system, as displayed in 2000. The candidate who receives the most vote should become the president of the United States. Under the current system a candidate could receive over 50% of the vote (Majority) and still lose the election, which is in violation of the Majority Criterion.
