The Obamacare regulation is designed to punish working Americans while benefiting illegals and those who chose to live off entitlement programs. The regulation specifically states that so long as the person purchasing a policy is a legal citizen the status of the dependents will not be checked. The regulation will encourage people not to work in order to qualify for subsidy thus punishing working Americans by forcing them to carry the non-working. The regulation will force Americans to pay more subsidies to the insurance companies as more non-Americans are granted insurance and abuse the system.
