Dismantle the one man dictatorship of Kent ‘Battle’ Martin as the only person to approve beer labels in the U.S.

For too long the one man dictatorship of beer label approval has been in the hands of just one man. This power results in unfair, unfounded, and just plain outrageous decisions made by what I can only assume is an overworked bureaucrat. I would rather assume he is simply overworked rather than the alternative, which is that he enjoys having power over peoples livelihoods, and makes his decisions to feel important.
