Dismantle, remove and outlaw all electronics voting machines used for official elections inside the U.S.A.

This involves removing all electronic ballot equipment from public and official use, and opening up an investigation into the legitimacy of such company's as Hart Intercivic and Diebold. 52% of American's did not vote in the 2012 election, america's apathy toward voting can be directly attributed to the lack of faith and trust toward the methods of electronic ballots. Voting software has been shown time and time again to be easily manipulated, sometimes requiring no more than to change a simple text file in the computer database or by swapping keycards.
