Dismantle the TSA, repeal the Patriot Act and the 2007 Military Commissions act that allows detention of Americans.

Created by P.S. on November 13, 2012

We believe the TSA is using abusive power outside what the constitution allows, particularly in reference to 4th amendment rights against unreasonable search. We request that the TSA be either eliminated altogether, defunded, or reduced back to pre-9/11 screening. This includes current TSA actions in all areas outside of airport security.

We request that the USA Patriot Act, hastily signed without debate after 9/11, be repealed along with the Military Commissions act of 2007 as it pertains to US citizen detention, and all future years it may have been expanded upon.

We request warrantless wiretapping be repealed, along with illegal GPS tracking without due process.

We the people submit this petition to end the fear tactics that have held Americans hostage since 9/11.
