In light of the recent events of Police Violence against The General Public and now The General Public violence against Police , I file this petition to move Congress and The President of The United States of America to immediately enact a Rule/Administrative Order/Law to dismember entire Police Percents that inflect unjustifiable violence against the general public and be replaced with a military police until a new percent can be established with better trained Police Officers. see more here http://tinyurl.com/zskrz4w
