Dismiss 98 of the 100 senators and 433 of the 435 congressmen & women for inability to effectively perform their duties.

The men and women elected to the Senate and House of Representatives have repeatedly demonstrated an inability to work together for the common good of the United States. They were sent to Washington, DC to represent their constituents in a responsible manner, not to advance their own agenda, their party's agenda, or to amass political power, which inevitably leads to corruption. A performance evaluation by any other employer would have resulted in dismissal. These men and women are the employees of the citizens of the United States. They do not deserve to keep their job. Send them a clear message that they are not indispensable. If they cannot perform the job we elected them to do, we'll find a more qualified group of men and women who WILL get the job done.
