To ensure the life and liberty of United State's citizens is not penalized by the overreach of the government or its officers, we would petition the administration to immediately force the Federal, State, and County governments to drop all charges of persons to which there is no physical evidence directly linking the accused to an alleged crime and there are no witnesses to said crime. Especially to which coercion, maltreatment, and misconduct may have been committed by the government official(s) investigating said crime, or involved in the investigation in any way.
