dismiss all legislative/executive officials for failing to work together and preventing US from falling off fiscal cliff

As the US falls off the fiscal cliff, we need major changes in our government. It is absurd that our government cannot come to some sort of agreement to prevent the greatest nation on Earth from falling off this cliff. Not only will The United States be hurt, but the entire world economy is in jeopardy. Our elected officials have not worked together to solve some of our nation's simplest problems problems and only care about their own political well-being. I'm fed up with the bickering and blaming everything on the opposing parties. Therefore, I propose that all executive and legislative government officials be relieved of their duties and that Americans hold reelections for all positions. Let's send a message to our elected officials that working together is the only option that we have.
