Dismiss all members of Congress, end the pay they receive for life as well as future pay increases. Give the general public voting opportunities to choose new, as well as set pay, vacations, and TERM LIMITS. This would be extended to House and Senate as well with the same stipulations; ie; voting of new members by the voting public, wage amounts, vacation, etc.
