Attorney General Jack Holder has demonstrated poor leadership during his time at the Justice Department. He failed to affectively manage the department or take appropriate action to address failures during the fast and furious gun running investigation. His inability to affectively manage this department and his failure to provide useful testimony to congress is a disgrace. He was found in contempt of congress during the investigation and no action was taken by the Justice Dept. or the Obama adminstration to address this unlawful act. He should be removed from his position as Attorney General of the United States.
