This is a petition to end the criminal prosecution of Matthew Davies and Lynn F. Smith. They are charged in federal court with manufacturing marijuana, but they were medicinal marijuana providers who complied with all California laws. According to the State of California Mr. Davies is a law abiding citizen, but according to the Federal Government (and this Administration), Mr. Davies is a criminal who should be put in jail. He currently faces up to ten years in prison.
