We the people ask to dismiss, disband, or otherwise remove any laws, control groups, or regulations for or about firearms on law abiding citizens. This includes any law that could or does deny a law-abiding citizen to carry any weapon they see fit. We ask to disband groups, or portions of groups, who seek to control our firearms, such as the Firearms division of the ATF. We also ask to make regulations on firearms for law abiding citizens illegal, as these are unconstitutional and illegal regulations according to the second amendment of the U.S. Constitution. We ask instead that any law, regulation, and legislation ONLY be written to fine and/or penalize those involved and convicted of a violent crime with a deadly weapon, or have taken away another citizens life or liberty.
