We the people ask the federal government to Change an existing Administration policy:

Dismiss FBI Director Comey, forthwith.

Created by T.N. on November 01, 2016

The Hatch Act (5 U.S.C. §§ 7321-7326), bars the misuse of official authority, influence, and official duties.

QUOTE: "Federal employees may not use official authority or influence to interfere with an election"

By his recent actions, Dir. Comey has personally tainted and destroyed 43 years of FBI reform.

Violations of the Hatch Act and of government ethics rules on misuse of official positions are not permissible in any circumstances.

Such violations are of even greater concern when the agency is the F.B.I.

To quote J. Edgar Hoover's successor, Director Clarence Kelley:

"Some of those activities (of the Hoover era) were clearly wrong and quite indefensible. We must certainly NEVER allow them to be repeated."
