Personal Audio LLC earlier filed a patent to the patent office that patents the idea of podcasts. in the future they plan on using it to charge license fees to podcasters, this could in the future be used to encroach on peoples right to free speech by being prosecuted under the pretense of patent infringement for saying something something Personal Audio LLC does not agree with.
