Dismiss Retirements and Pensions for past and present Politicians. Return the funds to the States they represented.

Pertaining to any person holding an office higher than City Government.
Cancel all Pensions and Retirements from past politicians, return all funds currently being held in the institutions to the Sates each person represented. (Funds will be deposited into the States General Fund.)
Further this measure if carried will also place all Politicians and all paid/ employed cabinet members to participate in the Health Care System (OBAMA CARE). They will be allowed to buy Healthcare outside the plans created but only after first having paid into the plan that the least income required to have a plan is first paid by those candidates.
No member of any office shall pass legislature in the future contrary to this Act. Save the States
