In the interest of free will, commerce and the rights of the people to choose their own devices in life, dismiss SB 3431 the Designer Anabolic Steroid Control Act of 2012 or any similar congressional bill that would schedule a product (prohormone) listed in the bill. SB 3431 is borderline the Prohibition. The evidence presented for scheduling these compounds is arbitrary distortions of the truth, has great inaccuracies, is largely conjecture and there are far more dangerous compounds available such as alcohol. Let the death toll of drunk driving and other alcohol related offenses compared to prohormone and driving and other prohormone related offenses present as evidence.
