Secretary of State John Kerry is incompetent in discharging his duties as the top representative for the citizens of the United States of America. Specifically, his statements on Tuesday November 17, 2015 in Paris about the attacks in Paris France are egregious and should not be a representation of the citizens of the United States. He is inept as a foreign policy leader and a spokesman for the Unites States and should be fired immediately.
