We, the undersigned , do hereby give full and absolute credence to the opinion that the incumbent Sheriff of Jefferson County, Ohio, namely, one Mr. Fred Abdalla, is, either consciously or unconsciously, offering comfort and protection to certain individuals accused of a heinous felony of a coerced sexual nature supposedly committed in his jurisdiction under his tenure on 11 August 2012. Additionally , we believe the sheriff is engaged in other gross criminal activity.
