Tom Wheeler has stated that he has plans to amend the rules of Net Neutrality Principals so that Internet Service Providers, like Comcast and Time Warner Cable, may choose to boost signal and speed to certain websites that pay a fee to that Internet Service Provider, and harder for people to access websites that do not pay their fee.
